Ahhh . . . Welcome Home . . . Part Two

I used to travel for work . . . being away a week at a time . . . every week. Living at my parents . . . my dad was a cop. Being very aware of how I may appear to others coming home at 3 am again on another Saturday . . . .hot summer night . . . all my nosy neighbors with there windows open . . . maybe thinking I was god forbid drunk and out partying all this time . . . . not wanting to embarress my father . . . . and wanting to avoid that whole front of the house fiasco . . . like what happened to me before . . . lassueing myself under the lamp light . . . so instead I parked the car all the way at the end of the driveway . . . thinking I will enter through the side door. I step out of my car . . . closed the door . . . turned around . . . took two steps . . . and found myself at the bottom of a 5 foot ditch. You would think my folks would have mentioned to me they were digging a leaching bed for the dishwasher during the week I was gone and on my few calls made to them letting them know . . . yup still alive. Ahhh yes . . . welcome home . . . Hi dad. . . . 8D
