I'd agree with Peach ^. Despite all the reasons you think that it would be okay or justified, you are still going to hurt someone that at one point believed that you had or still do love them unconditionally. It would be easier on everyone including you to just ask for a divorce and then do what ever you want to do.

if you feel that way, maybe you should consider your feelings for him. if you are getting thoughts of being with another man, you ought to confront him about it and probably get a divorce. Cheating is wrong in all circumstances so don't resort to it.
