The Drive-up ATM Machines

I suppose the ATMs are just mass produced, and when they are produced it is not sure if it will go into a shopping mall or a bank drive up. I can understand the braille in that sense.



However, how in the world can a blind person read the screen prompts? Is this a withdrawal, deposit etc? A blind person really can't use an ATM. I guess it's time for the next generation of helper dogs.
