Yes I agree!<br />
<br />
While we're at it lets prosecute nobel peace prize recipient Obama, Clinton, Bush I, Reagan, Nixon.................... They are all guilty of murder in the first degree!

Obama and Holder should be investigated for war crimes as well as for drug trafficking and money laundering AKA Fast & Furious.

Obama and Holder should be investigated for the Fast & Furious shenanigans too.

Says who?<br />
What happened to Perl was an act of war against a member of a beligerent nation.<br />
Torture is a crime.<br />
War, sadly, is not.

You can't argue with the people on the other side. It's just like the torture that was condoned by that administration. Now they're asking why it is that people who believe in the bible and go to church agree with torture. It's against the Articles of the Geneva Convention.<br />
Then someone will point out what happened to the journalist Perl and that makes it right to them.

Singer, you can't spread the crime out among the victims of Bush's lies.<br />
Hillary, Pelosi, etc. were lied to, George Tenet so testified AFTER the war started, and G.W. Bush ordered the truth covered over.

CPAguy, ordering other people to kill innocent persons is murder.<br />
Check it out for yourself.<br />
By way of reference, John Gotti is doing life for exactly that crime.

Lagenomai said "Does that mean that Obama is guilty of murder for every death that takes place from here on in?"<br />
<br />
Only if he goes to Congress, lies about WMD he knows does not exist so he can start a war of aggression (Capital crime under War Crimes Act of 1996, incorporating the Hague Conventions of 1907 by reference).<br />
<br />
THERE is the difference!<br />
<br />
Bush lied, so he could have U.S. troops murder 1 million innocent people.

Well...Then I think that everyone that voted to allow the war should be tried also...Hmmmm...Let see....Hillery.....Obama....Teddy....And all of the rest of them that are in Congress.......<br />
<br />
How would that look......The whole Congress on trial for murder...Can not do one....with out the others.....He was not in it all alone

Yes because he leads the people and the people under his direction continue do do his dirty deeds ( Osahma bin Laden )

I agree with you qazrazl. War crimes, crimes against humanity, it's murder! What do you think they tried Slobodan Milosevic with. It's the same thing! Bush and his ilk should all be marched into the Hague and tried for crimes against humanity, which includes murder.

murder..... not really....<br />
<br />
<br />
war crimes, yes, most definitely. but you cannot be charged with murder in a case of war. but you can be charged for what the war was founded on, as wmytin said, and how a war is carried out.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
what happened in guantanamo though........... now theres a whole different story!

Bush lied to the entire US to focus our attention on Iraq right after 9/11. He is responsible for ALL OF IT just so he could "go get" Saddam to make him pay for what he did to Bush Sr. All of it has been written like a lousy soap opera. But we'll be paying for it for generations.<br />
<br />
The past 8 years should've been focused on being leaders in the Kyoto Agreement, getting off of oil, re-issuing 100% electric cars from all the Big 3 automakers, building completely different infrastructure across the country, reversing the effects of CO2 emissions rather than increasing it 10 fold....yawn. Gotta go.

Yeah, Puck, that's about right. :-) We just work at different ends sometimes...........That's what makes the world go 'round. "All we are say-ing, is give peace a chance!"<br />
<br />
Lagen, I'd say yes to every innocent Iraqi death from the inception of the war until we pull our last soldier and Marine out of their country.

I've called the number and left my opinion on the machine for Eric Holder. I get enewsletters from MoveOn.org, 1Sky.org, the ACLU, WE campaign (WeCanSolveIt.org), GreenForAll.org, BlackBoxVoting.org, a few others. There's things in motion and progress being made. :)

Just like John Lennons song eh?<br />
You might say I'm a dreamer<br />
but I'm not the only one........

Well Puck, I can see you're a moderate but you see the whole picture. That's admirable. I think qazrazl put it succinctly. My goal is to work hard to see that those dirty bastards are held accountable. For my children and grandchildren. I'm a liberal political activist.....mobilizing like minded people, it's what I do....Some may think it's silly, but I think it's worth my time and effort! More people agree with me than you realize.

And me. As a matter of factual info, no president has ever done a worse job at breaking the entire world not just the US. Left office with less than 20% approval and highest deficit in history for a war in the wrong country. <br />
<br />
He and his administration, even the ones that bailed early like Karl Rove, WILL indeed be held accountable for their lies and corruption and illegal actions. And the Constitution will be eventually restored. More than 5 million people have signed the petition so far.

I'm preaching to the choir here, but it just depends on ones perspective. Liberals, moderates, and conservatives all have three different ways of seeing him. That's one thing I find fascinating. What causes someone to be conservative, or liberal, or moderate? My theory, besides upbringing, is that, it is hemispherical.<br />
Right brained people tend to lean left, whereas left brained people tend to lean right. I guess that's another story! The problem with Dubya is that he disappointed more than just the left, but the extreme right is still behind him all the way.

<br />
<br />
Well Puck, I find that pathetic, not on your part but I will never understand how people think he is accomplished.<br />
But then, that's just me!

It won't happen and it's silly trying. There are still many many people who consider him an accomplished leader.

Collateral damage which resulted in the death of over 100,000 innocent souls in Iraq in his illegal war for oil.
