I Need a Nap Dailey

I agree, I need to take a small nap every day.  Even just 1/2hr makes me feel so great and rejuvenated.  Sleep is so important for the body, and I don't always sleep well at night(insomnia), so it really helps me.  It helps my body and my mind.
