Especially for those who have potential but due to their circumstances its not available. There are alot of things that need 2 be done within the educational systems across the board to help those who are in need......

    Yep , of course...I should have generalize this. However I was more speaking about college/university students that have the competency 2 do very well but because of financial issues it is a struggle. But yeah funding needs to go toward helping the public schools ....Not everybody could afford private school and yes maybe because the parent/s believe they can teach their children in a "safer" environment like home, that is the next best thing.....so Yep I agree..
