I Left There Yesterday...

My messages are on, but that's it.

Nobody responded to my posts much anyway and I felt like a geek. I left a link to my contact info under my last post and that's it.

Arrivederci Farcebook.

Your Response

You are exactly right!!

Facebook has become a place to show off only.

Thank you all for understanding.

I know the feeling. I get more responses on here.

I agree with you about Facebook. I keep my account active because I use it to keep in touch mostly with family, but I've always preferred this place and, like you, return time and again. Good to see you ((hugs)).

Yeah I canceled mine for about a year. I just recently started another but this time I only have about five people on there. It can be very disheartening when you put yourself out there and people just don't care. I messaged friends from high school who never even responded to me. That really hurts and also a lot of people make snide comments when they do respond. I totally understand Facebook depression.

I live alone, I don't want to get ignored online too. I use a wheelchair and things aren't too accessible where I live. Thank the Universe for my cat and my tiny group of contacts. Chin up. x
