    I agree totally with the exercise, and think it's largely an individual issue...I used to have to diet fairly often, I'd gain winter weight etc, although I was never good at it. I have seriously fat genes on my Moms side of he family. But a few years back when I started exercising a lot, that was it. No more worries about weight at all, and I'm 43 now so so much for the "aging and metabolism" thing.



    Exercise changes everything. I can eat literally whatever I want. But when you exercise regularly controlling your appetite is very easy. It gives you a sense of self-control.
