The Rarity Is Keeping Them

Not everyone is going to click perfectly with each other forever. Usually, it takes a true test of friendship to tell if they are going to last the distance. I try to get to know the people I invest time into, so as to not end up wasting my time and feeling so stupid for trusting someone I shouldnt have. My best friend and I decided at age 9 that we were in it for the long run, no matter what stupid bullshit happened, we would always be there for each other. And this happened right after we had a fight at school haha..

You are lucky if you have one good friend in life and have a long history together.
I have one.
We have seen each other grow up, get married, get divorced, have children, suffer tragedies, losses.
We are friends and I know we always will be (even if we don't agree on everything all the time)
My friend is family to me, is more family than my own family. My friend has taught me, what love is...something I would never learn or get from my family.
