I
try not to say hate - I try to use a good synonym like loathe or abhor or despise or detest.Hate is not a weak word. True hatred is overwhelming, all encompassing, it is all you live for, all you think about, it becomes all you are. You are drowned by your own emotions until you really do not exist except for that one emotion, and if you can destroy what you hate, there is nothing left - you simply cease to be.
Hate is too strong of a word to be used lightly, as is love - but we are lazy speakers and lazy learners.
I need to try harder not to say I hate. I do not want to lose myself to any emotion, especially one so negative.
