I Know I Am.

I have been told this many times since I was young.

First my Mother and other family menbers. Then other students and teachers in the schools I went too.

Heard it too many times to count over the years in my working life.

Sometimes some 'looks' and not the words.

My skin, my face, my soft voice ... it has always been so.

I have known and been told I am feminine forever. I tend to wear it as a badge of who I really am.

Who I truly want to be ... a woman.

After all, I am a woman (born transexual) but a woman none the less.
