Am I Pregnant Or What ?!

So about a week ago me and my bf got drunk and we accidentily had sex or whatever ( i know it was inresponsible ) and since i'm enemic i cant tell if i really am pregnant . I've had two pregnancy test and they both were negative . But im still geting the sinking feeling that i am pregnant . I have also been experiencing small nudges in my stomach and ive been getting bigger by the minute . Anyone plz help ! Edit : i just took a pregnancy test like the ones i took a week ago and this one was positive ! I really dont know what to do ! Keep the baby or dont . Tell my parents or dont ? Tell my BF or dont ( i mean like he got me into this mess ) plz help me !
