You're wasting your youth on fretting over appearances. The more you do this the more likely you'll die before you graduate.Outward beauty has been skewered by the media. If you're about to be 16 I imagine you're kind of tall for a girl.A lot of teenagers (boy and girl) get close around 6 ft tall by that age. What should be important to you is your health more than appearances.Without health, you will never be able to enjoy shopping and hanging out with friends.Even if you DO reach your goal before you die,you will still be unhappy.I guarantee. It always happens.Losing weight isn't about "looking great".It's about health. There is a such thing as being underweight and dying from it.But for now enjoy your youth while you have it.If you have any health concerns.Just ask a doctor. They can tell you the same.

You don't have to be bulimic in order to lose weight. All you need is a good diet and plenty of exercise. Beauty isn't just about how you look on the outside. Whatever beauty you have inside actually radiates on the outside, so first of all you must learn to love and appreciate yourself. Don't torture your body and it'll love you back :)
