The Knowing

I believe we are all part of what Karl Jung called the collective unconscious and we all pick up on a 'knowing' if you will; this knowing is a part of all of us and the sensitives/intuitives are the ones who accept it and are able to tap into our psyches either through our dreams or psychic 'flashes' while awake.

I have had precognitive dreams which I keep a dream journal, and when something 'connects' I write in red pen what actually came to pass and the date., and yes, sometimes it was seen years before the actual day it happens.

My youngest daughter is more advanced than I am and she is freaked out by her abilities, but I believe it is a gift from God, as Sylvia Browne believes with regards to her abilities.  I took her to a summer solstice Wiccan celebration when she was twelve years old; it was my birthday and I was curious and so was she.  She has always been 'wise beyond her years', as she is an old soul, so she was interested in attending with me.  My other daughter stayed away, she is getting better in her understanding of the paranormal, but it still kind of scared.   I have always talked openly to my daughters about the paranormal and instilled in them there is nothing to fear, but rather studying about it helps to understand the 'knowing'.
