Did I **** You Off

I have never been one to worry about what others think.  Nor, do I worry about those who do not agree with me.  I like people who can stand up for what they believe without having to go to name calling and belittling.  A person who can state their values, support them and still respect anothers point of view.  Agree to disagree and still find ways to get along with each other.

Yet, when something I have said or stood up for gets another to become pissed and beging to "not be nice"; then there must be some truth in what has been said.

Other wise they would have no reason to be pissed would they? :) new Ajax.InPlaceEditor('cedit_1565806', '/ajax/edit_entry_comment.php', {rows:5,cols:60,callback: function(form, value) { return 'c=1565806&e=474116&comment=' + escape(value) }});

I don't know about anyone else but when I am communicating with someone and they turn to fallicaies, defensivness, intimidation, diversion, personal attacks and belittling name calling; it gives me the impression that they themselves do not know why they believe what they are upset about.  This behavior shows poor communication skills and in no way helps to get another to understand thier stance on a matter.
