I am a lesbian. I could go into the whole story of how we met but that is not important. The thing is, one day we were lying in her bed together just cuddling and she turns to be and tells me that she is deciding to go ahead and get a surgery to become a male. I had the choice to say that I did not want her to get the surgery, that I love her because she is a girl. But I realized that I love her because of who she is. Love is not based on what is in your pants. Love is based on the person, how you two relate and get along. Love is caring for that person no matter what, regardless of what they chose for their lives. Whether she ultimately decides to get the operation or not, I will love her one hundred percent always.

    just for you being yourself and excepting who you are makes u a sweet person with a good soul do u know if she wants to do the surgery thinking that u want to be with a man? or its just her preference on becoming a MAN?

      She wants the surgery because she feels it is what she needs to be comfortable. but she asked me because she wanted to know if I would still love her as a man. To which my answer was, of course. I would love her no matter what.

    I would have to say that I comend you on your view on love. It is something that is a rare find in this world today. I have found that a lot of people use the term very losely and dont truly understand that even though it is a four letter word its meaning is huge.

    I know for me, I still would be. I am not sure about others who do stick to purely lesbian (or gay) relationships.

    i have gone both ways and am attracted to the person solely (I guess I mean pansexual, the main thing is that I look for the feminine relationship merely because I can connect far better with a female)

    I love her for her, not for what she has in her pants. Because a relationship is not only in bed, it is also all the moments you spend together throughout your life.

    That is very interesting. I was always curious about sex changes in relationships and how it would make their partner feel. I know you will still love her, but would you still be sexually attracted do you think? I am curious

    That is truly one of the most beautiful things I have ever read on EP. It is so nice to know love like that still exist in the world. I hope someday I am blessed to love someone and be loved by someone as much as you both do.
