I've Got Your Nose!

So I work at a daycare so kids saying cute things is a regular occurrence for me. Last week I was playing with one of the youngest kids at the daycare. His older brother is kind of a troublemaker, so lately this younger one has started to adopt his snooty attitude, so usually the two of us clash since I'm always stopping him from trying to copy his big brother's antics. Last week though, I discovered a game that he actually likes to play with me. I don't know why I've never tried this on any of the other kids, but last week I decided to play the "I got your nose" game with him. I squeezed his nose and then said, "uh oh, I've got your nose," and pretended I had stolen it from him. He loved it and then stole my nose! But that's not the cute part.

We had been teasing each other for about five minutes when one of the three year olds, a really energetic girl caught on to our game. She ran up to us, grabbed my hand and pretended to take his nose from me and then sped across the room. The little boy got so upset, he ran after screaming, "noooo, my nose!!!!" I'm not sure if he really believed she had taken his nose, or if he was just that into the game, but it was adorable.
