So, there was this one little boy at my work around three years old who has major separation anxiety away from his mother. He was playing on the playfloor when he saw his mom go into the bathroom at the back of our center (it's just one stall that locks behind you). After seeing her go into the bathroom, he sorta skipped along happily after her. He reached the door to the bathroom, but she had already locked it behind her by the time he got there. He started to pull on it, jiggling it harder and harder until, in a panicked voice he screamed
We assured him that his mom would be out soon. And when she did come out, well, she pretended not to know her child that well. He was relieved, though!

Awesome story, I'm gonna have to tell it at work.

So many cute kid stories! I love working with children!
