I Never Really Got The Point

I've never really understood marriage. Why people do it. Why people think it's necessary. Why people aim for this as one of their goals. Marriage was ruined for me since I was a child I guess. Marriage touted to be such a special thing and yet, half of them don't last. I'm not the kind of person who does things simply because that's what people do and I don't understand why people can't live together without some piece of paper that says that they can be together. I get marriage as a contract - one that says that society recognizes your couple as an entity as agreed to by certain terms, but as a sacrament...I don't think many people take it seriously enough for that and I find it laughable. That's what it boils down to - an expensive piece of paper and a fancy party which I personally would have mixed feelings about.

Don't get me wrong - my parents have had a fantastic marriage and have been together for 20+ years. I have had a long-term girlfriend for 3+ years. I am not bitter against marriage, relationships, or the establishment. I simply see it as wasteful.

That "Piece of Paper" actually a LEGAL court document like other business contract. This paper means, women are owning men Financially and legally. MARRIAGE is a serious damaging contract for men. Whatever you do , don't get married

In this century & time , marriage is outdated and damaging. It is a huge financial damage for MEN
