House From Hell

I moved into an old house when I was 19. Right from the beginning I felt uneasy there. After only a week the entire house became infested with roaches. It was horrible. I called an exterminator. He said that it was the worst infestation he had ever seen. Then came the gigantic spiders and then the ants and mice and even snakes. If that wasn't scary enough my things kept disappearing and reappearing in odd places. Then the TV, lights, microwave and the computer started turning off and on by themselves. I saw shadows and green lights in the hallway at night. My 2 year old daughter said she kept seeing an old lady in her room. She would even talk to it. She began to wake up every night screaming at the same time. Then one day a mysterious scar formed on her eye. We took her to the doctor and he said she must have had a very bad eye injury to cause such a scar. She never injured her eye. We had no idea what caused it. I found out later that an old couple lived in that house before us. My daughter's bedroom just so happened to be the same bedroom as the old lady's. She must have died in there. I was very glad when I moved out of there. A new person moved in shortly after we moved out. I wonder if he's having the same problem we had.

i was wondering if there is any one who reads your story available to give me advice i moved in to a new house in august this year in september me and my partner had an argument and me being me i chose to sleep on the couch in the living room. at around 430 am that night i woke up to what felt like me being strangled i remember having a dream where i was floating over my self exactly where i led then a started rushing towards my self and woke up it wasnt straight away the strangulation started, it was a few seconds first when i tried to sit up i was pushed down and it felt like some one sat on my chest with huge pressure, then i could feel their hands on my throat. i couldnt scream or any thing then when i felt my eyes rolling and felt like i was going to pass out it stopped i ran to my partner he checked my neck and there where red marks all over it and it was on fire. since then ive had door handles pushed down (which you can see and was seen by others) doors opening on their own walking noises down stairs and upstairs, i was in my youngest sons bedroom today with my middle son who is 6 and a mini fire extingusher that i had put on a set of drawers started rocking violently from side to side but yet with out falling off, then just stopped then needless to say me and my son ran and when we went back in the toys we had put away in my youngests toy cupbord had been moved. im getting quite scared now i constantly have the feeling im being followed round the house as if it is right behind me i cant stand the lights off which is odd as before here i could only sleep in pitch black :( please some one help me

Wow i too wonder about the strange and unusual things that happen around us. My son says when he sleeps in his room he feels like someone is watching him.He has said a couple of other wierd things that he has said. My friend told my son, "Just remember the spirits around you can never hurt you."
