It's great to focus on the good in people and life's events. Even if it's not always on the surface there's usually at least something good about even unpleasant-seeming situations

i knwo how you feel... but sometimes, good things fall apart so better things can come together... it's hard to stay strong, but that's what we all have to do.

    :)... not "too" happy, i'm just a hopeful freak:p...

i understand how hard it is to try to think that things happen for a reason, or everything is worth the pain. i went through really bad stuff, and it sometimes makes me think that, hey, why did it ever happen or is it really worth it... but who knows? who ever knows?... I still believe things happen bec they're meant to teach us stuff... and yep, i still get sad, and all... i just try to be optimistic about things...

i agree that ive learned lessons but i still dont always believe those lessons were worth the horrible experiences.
