I Think Some Commercials Are So Stupid

I Love/hate the Termanix (sp?) Roach Commercials !

 Especially the one where the giant roach is delivering a pizza !   The woman says "But we didn't order a pizza"     He says "Let me just put it on  the table for you". 

 

 Roaches do come in that way ya know ?    And in paper bags from the stores !

    An old one - the Advantage commercial - flea control treatment for pets . It featured a whole lot of puppies and kittens sitting on chairs and singing, "If you don't use Advantage, scratch your ears". Then at the end a Persian cat falls off her chair. When the music for that commercial started up, I would come from wherever I was in the house to see that cat fall off her chair.

    Don't ask me why I found this commercial so entertaining. I just did!

    I could not agree more about the stupidity of so many commercials! I mean, what are they thinking? Do they think we are all braindead?

    However, every now and then a truly brilliant one comes along, or one that is so charming it's irresistable. Not often enough, though.
