The Butterfly Effect

We learnt about the butterfly effect in class a little while back and how that one tiny flap of a butterfly's wings can cause an earthquake on the other side of the world... who would have thought that something so tiny (and apparently insignificant) could make such an impact on the world... i truely do believe that small gestures, no matter how tiny, are significant because they could greatly impact on someones day... ive heard stories of the smallest gestures preventing someone from killing themself and brightening peoples days.. I always try to smile at others even when they give me foul looks because i know that when someone smiles at me it can make my day... and i will always apologise if i bump into someone... id like to think that if everyone makes small gestures in the world that it will be a better place one day...
