Yes. A 'grand gesture' usually (though not always) has an ulterior motive. The small gesture is instinctive and comes from the heart.

Goldie - you turned that around so well,Doug won't know is Bic from his Mont Blanc any longer - I wonder if he has the same problem with arses and elbows?? btw - don't blame me for the bear's drinking habits!!

Lol! Let's hope not, Inspector! He's told me, the bic's been posted out!!! Haha - And Doug in turn, told me he wasn't accountable for your Santa outfits!!! - it was a discussion we had involving gold thongs and baubles! Ps - nice avatar!!! ;)
