I Think That Even Small Gestures Are Significant
On a bad day its often difficult to smile at someone or even say hello, remember that its not just you who has bad days. Just that quick smile or a short hello to a stranger in the street can lift your spirits especially when they respond. One day you may meet someone who is having a worse day than you and you may have just made a big difference in their lives. You may never know what you have done but feel good that you may have helped someone to feel better
