It Truly Is A Sad Way To Get Attention...

I have all good people in my circle, and as far as I know they are all truthful. I want to make that clear so no one will think I am meaning any of you. I have had people in my life around me that do this, and there is one still. This person just can not help himself. He always blows things out of proportion to get people to feel sorry for him. As I said, this isn't anyone in my circle, it's in my life. I have noticed a few stories on here that make me wonder though. It's like one week, disaster, the next week they are dying, then miraculously they aren't. I can't seem to keep it all straight. I have cut down on the content that I read, though I still read posts from my circle daily. I just don't understand why some people are so afraid that they won't be liked for who they are.....That would be a much better way to get attention if you just be yourself.........

Oh ya. I was thinking real life too when I saw your group. I have someone in my life that is constantly doing this and I am so tired of it.

It does get exhausting. You know, they would have to know we aren't that dumb. I am sure my facial expression always shows my doubt and disbelief, along with my frustration...

Oh I told her just recently... if you need money ask... if you want me to hug you and say "oh poor baby" just ask but don't keep taking me through the emotional turmoil because my health just cannot take it anymore. She just smiled and left. Then two days later she was back with more drama.

oh my, I don't think she got the point. I know most don't seem to get it, or they simply can not stop. It drives me nuts as well. I have tried telling this person that my BS meter spikes when he opens his mouth, I think he thought I was actually joking....*sighs*
