Day in and day out I'm thinking about any and everything. I think about what I need to do, how it needs done, things in the present, things in the past, things that may or may not be apart of my future. I think to the point I'm miserable. Its a habit. I cant stop it, Idk how.

how about think POSiTiVELY so your thinking won't make you miserable ? :))

That is a great idea. I just get upset because the things bothering me are the things reoccurring in my thoughts and idk yet how to stop that. Any suggestions?
