Have You Had Your Dose Today?

The sound of roaring laughter is far more contagious than any cough, sniffle, or sneeze and makes us feel better many times when we are ill with one of those symptoms. When laughter is shared, it brings people together and increases happiness and intimacy. Studies have actually proven that laughter triggers healthy physical changes in the body- strengthening your immune system, boosting your energy, diminishing pain, and protecting you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use so I ask, have you had your dose of laughter today?
