No More After 5p.m

Hi there ! 

 

I am trying a new type of diet which is preatty effective !

 

Everyday, I eat a breakfast at 7 a.m., a lunch at  midday (based on protein - meat, chicken, fisch...+ pastas, rice or potatoes...) and a little brunch at 5 p.m. (fruit and chocolate) 

Then, after 5 p.m, I don't eat anything until the next day. 

 

Of course, every evening, I do a little fitness (few exercises for 10 minutes, or I play some Wii) 

It looks like it makes me loose a little weight easily everyday ! 

4 lbs in a week ! That is nice and not too hard.
