=( I'm A Sad Panda.

You Are Sadness

Even if you don't actively feel sad, it's likely that you've experienced a lot of loss in your life.

You feel withdrawn from the world and even a bit alone. It's hard to pick yourself back up when you feel this way.

Try to get out and do something, even if it's just going for a walk or visiting with a friend.

Your despair and melancholy is zapping you of your energy, and you've got to try to get it back somehow.

How about you be Poe from Kung Fu Panda???

I've been there down that road and path, and trust me you can get past it. It's a long hard road to hoe and no one can ever live what you have lived - they can empathise and lend an ear and this is all. I sort help, I found strength and solace in good friends and a councillor or two. I can never say I truly understand another's journey, as it belongs to them - I have my own. Step by step, and day by day I learn. I get up in the morning sometimes wishing I did not have to, but I do because whether I realise it or not at the time I do have a purpose. I pray that you find yours. If you want to talk, find me. Take Care. LMN x

For me, the long haul, its like a screw is slowing being driven into me, everywhere. And I can't get past it all. More than just sadness. Its painful.

sort of acts like a vicious circle doesn't it.
