Which One Will It Be Today?

i know how this is for people, and i think i may do it completely consciously. i think that i purposely find something that might make me cry, especially if i am teetering on the edge of if i can do it myself or not. it's not that i want to cry all the time, i just find that it provides a release that you can't find elsewhere, or buy in a store...

this week it's songs from my mid/high school days. working like a charm to bring out that hidden bit o' something that has caused me misery this week. just crankin up ol' school sh*t and lettin the drops fall.

i do the same thing .. especially if im sad ..... crying is a healthy coping skill as long as you can control it ... not by making yourself stop but as long as its not an allday everyday thing if it is then you need to seek help because that is a symptom of mental illness . .. but crying is not a bad thing .
