Insert Pads

I'm not Inco but I've worn both insert pads and diaper style products for the purpose of fun. I like to wear my inserts for a change sometimes, and I love the feeling of them supporting a lot of my boys bits. I place them in my pants and they can slip a little but it's all part of the fun to adjust them if needed. Obviously it doesn't surround me all around like a nappy (diaper) but I like to soak an Insert when their in my pants and it's very exciting, as well as suprising how much wetness they can actually take. They are hopeless if you get hard though.

I have drenched them without any leaks and it get's me going. Many of them have a sticky adhesive that you pull off and I love that. You can also place them behind and that's just as fun. I would love someone to see me inserting one in a public toilet. Perhaps more discreet than a full on diaper and less noisy..lol.
