I Do My Best And Wish Others Would Try As Well

I do my very best to not judge people and I think it is very important.

I have been judged and if there are not ramifications it is not really a problem, but it can be a horror if it does. I was fired for discriminatory reasons and I am currently trying to fight it, but it is a systemic issue. When you are judged based on superficial characteristics and they refuse to learn any more - even those who are supposed to help you it is very disheartening.
