It Exercises My Brain

I love untangling knots because it spatially exercises my brain and I get a sense of accomplishment out of it. I have long nails that are real and very strong and it tests their strength. untangling knots also keeps my mind focused and away from things that are bad like wanting alcohol and stuff.
