I was fatigued all the time. Finally my new Dr. ordered a sleep study. I have mild sleep apnea and use the cpap machine at night. My life has changed dramatically from tired and irritable to alert energetic and even tempered. It's the best thing that's happened to me in 20 years.

Have used CPAP for about 10 years. I alos found it to be great help in relievieng symptoms like tiredness, depression. It is particularly great in the winter when you can immerse yourself completely below the covers and breathe well. Particularly gread after a shower on a cold night you cover up and get warm. Another advantage is that you can fart in bed and not smell it. I secretly wish my wife would rub some ***** smell on the intake.

I know a little about cpap machines and was wondering if they are noisy or what is the noise level when you are trying to sleep?
