I have anxiety that I didn't know I have. I was pretty calm when I was younger. Now I feel like I am anxious about meet people that I know and people I don't know. I don't want to go outside because I don't like too crowd places. I can't really talk without my throat gets tight sometimes. When I talk my words comes out wrong sometimes. I need to find way to get rid of anxious without taking pills.
