It is amazing how some indulge themselves in these wicked games, in these wicked drugs, for they know the high will not last but for a little while, but the craving is OVERPOWERING their, mind body and soul, it seems they they will do anything to taste it, the desire is so strong, consequences be damned, then one day it happens, they hit rock bottom, either divorce, their family has disowned them for their addictive or their children give them an ULTIMATUM, mommy, it is either me or the drugs... Now that there is some powerful ****, and then they know, from here on out they must change, yes for their children, but more for themselves, for they have lost their way, lost their soul, and ultimately they have lost their mind, for they were lacking something in their lives, for them to induce in such ways, but thankfully, you, miss, turned it around, for you have beaten this addiction, and now can return to LIFE, as you know it, sometimes mundane, sometimes enticing but NEVER DULL... So happy to know there is one less addict out their hooked on Meth... BRAVO MISS, for breaking those bad habits that bound you to such a sordid and hated addiction... )

Wow, you beat it! How can i help the man i love stop using and injecting Meth everyday several times a day, staying awake for days out weeks at a time. Any advice would be sooooo appreciated. He uses to rebel when he gets hurt and due to painand trauma and loss he had suffered. He doesn't see that he can be happy without it. He sees no happiness ahead for him.

Yes i know.... Makes it so very hard to watch someone destroy their life and lose everything. He is depressed. He had had a lot of grief in a short period of time and this is his way of dealing with it. Thankyou

That's a really good point. I have bi polar and I even miss the comedowns because I could feel things and emotions. They use to be painful but I remember them magically.

Congratulations you must be a super strong person.

That is really scary. I am addicted to meth too. Only been sober for 3 months and I used to shoot it up.. I know now it's always a risk when you want to get high. I am so sorry for that experience you had to go through but I'm glad you had the strength to stop. Good luck to you

I wish you every success, you be proud of what you've achieved. My partner is shooting it up and had done for years. Its his way of dealing with pain and trauma. Any suggestions on how i can help him actually live his life and reach out for a wonderful life would be really helpful. I wish you every happiness and thankyou for sharing your story.

yep... I grew up in an area that crank (not crack) was the big thing and literally everyone was doing it. The whole area was flooded with it.. 30 yrs later.. I still see old friends up there doing it, and hear about friends passing away way too early in their lives..
I haven't done anything like that in over 25 yrs, and when I moved away from the area, I had forgotten all about it, and just assumed it was gone also. Going back there... I was very wrong.. and seeing whole new generations doing it
