I did use to love my job, then I got a new boss and have had a hard adjustment (she's younger). But today she paid me the nicest compliment and thanked me for my hard work! :) It's amazing what a thank you can do.

    Well, I guess we better get used to people being younger than us... and why not? My former boss was 10 years younger than myself. He was into a career as a manager. I wasn't. I have the job of my dream. Doesn't depend on others. So everything's fine. :-)
