My health is important to me. Don't like to be sick, feeling miserable.How about you? Thru the sport I was involved in, nutrition was a part. So gradually I learned how important supplements were. This area was a minefield though,filled with sales pitches. Of course figuiring out what worked and what did'nt got to be expensive, they don't give you samples. Being a physical world I felt its important to take care of oneself. But you know what? I'm still learning. As they say- health is everything.
