Those Visions

It was back around 1983ish. I had only been experimenting with drugs a couple of years , mainly pot, has and some speed.
Well we were all getting ready to go a concert in the town I was living in at the time. I lived with a couple of guys , one a straight uni student the other a painter who had gone awol from the army. Well we had a few freinds over getting ready for the concert, drinks were flowing and the bong was being packed and being passed around. Then Adrian announces that he has aquired some acid. I'd never had it before but was willing to give it a go. Popped the tab in my mouth and down the hatch it went. Meanwhile more bongs and drinks and we were ready to go. We were walking there and I had the tickets. Well I didnt think nothing was happening so I asked Adrian for another tab, he didnt know I had already popped one so he gave me another, again down the hatch. Well farkk me within 10 minutes the first tab had started to work. All was good until we got within a couple of blocks from the hall where the concert was, the second tab hit in. I was seeing all kinds of creatures and yep they were after me. Without saying a word I upped and legged it swatting my arms around like a madman. Well to put a long story short my mates found me around 20 minutes later totally farrked up. They almost carried me to the concert. I dont remember much of the concert but I do remember the creatures. I've never done acid since that time. Had a long stint taking speed for awhile but these days I just stick to the more mellow weed.
