I Visited a Chiropractor
Twice a week for the past 6 weeks I have been going to the Chiropractor for discomfort in my lower back.
Apparently all those years sitting in a chair incorrectly have caught up with me. My hips were rotated and the disc in my lower back are compressed. After you get over the initial shock of being twisted, prodded, and cracked it's not a bad experience. The twisting and rotating my hips back into place has made my right hip ache when I walk. The Dr. assures me this will pass as my hips are still slightly rotated.
Overall I expect a full recovery and sure to be a regular patient as sitting down is certainly in my future...
