I Wanna Know What's the Worst Way to Break Up

The first girl I went out with broke up with me over the phone, but to get me to call her to do this she sent me an email first saying how unhappy she was. It was hard, but i could see her reasoning, which she said was she didnt want me to drive all the way back home upset at being broken up (we lived in different towns about 40 mins away)

    Your experience sounds ok considering it is going to hurt.

    The worst way to break up is to leave it open IMHO. By that I mean to be unclear and to even get back together briefly. It just draws out the pain maybe over years!
