Work Out

I work out 6 days a week. I eat 1200 to 1600 calories a day. I am a breastfeeding mom to an 11 month old. Breastfeeding did NOT take the weight off!! It feels like nothing has changed. My clothes are not looser. The scale barely budges. I eat healthy. Then I get depressed. Working out as hard as I do, I should see results.

Its because your doing a routine six days a week .. you are overworking your body and whenever that happens you wont see any results because your muscles are all burnt out .. a routine needs to be 3 times a week .. every other day ..
