I Want a Telescope

I want a 6 inch Reflector Telescope, with a photography attachment. I'd probably be lazy and want one with a computer to find stuff for me, too. I'm not perfect, after all.

    Yes, they can be very expensive pieces of equipment!!! I'm contemplating an entry level Dobson some time in the near future.



    I saw some examples of home-made Dobson type telescopes about the net. Maybe that's one way to get into it with less expense?

    I can't afford anything, so I haven't researched anything yet. I don't want one of the cheap refracting types, because I want to see Saturn as more than a tiny oblong circle.



    I'd also want to see comets (i.e. Holmes) reasonably well.
