Ep Phone Home!

So I'm wondering, considering it's Saturday, if there truly are computer geeks (er, um, I mean EP Tech Support) scrambling around trying to fix all the glitches in their latest 'update'; or if those guys are sleeping in while EP's being bombarded with spam and viruses and people contemplating humming their computers out the window.

I'd like to think that somewhere, a very large (or at the very least a small) group of people out in Cyberville somewhere haven't slept a wink yet; struggling over pots of coffee and IT manuals as to what the hell went wrong. I'd like to think that my frustration matters to someone, somewhere. That "they" know what's going on; that "they" (these mystical people who cause us to waste so very much of our time here in the first place) read these occasionally and that "they" too are frustrated and disenchanted. That "they" (please God tell me there's more than one guy running this show) are very diligently working to remedy these log off problems, amongst others; dutifully sacrificing their Saturday morning as compensation for us sacrificing most all of our days keeping their site 'active' and 'fun' and 'enlightening' and 'stress-relieving'. Emphasis on the latter. I hate technical difficulties with inanimate objects myself. That's "their" job, after all.

Or maybe I should just take it as a sign to get off my butt and go do something else. If only I could LOG OUT.... haha.

I second your emotion. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. That's my motto and I'm sticking to it, maybe.
