I Want Everyone to Stop a Minute
Millions of Americans visit monuments, go to the parades or even visit cemeteries today in honor of solders who gave us all they had, both recently and in wars past. We in America call today Memorial Day.
The men and women who have died so we can have the freedoms that we enjoy and take "to often" for granted deserve more than a day of BBQ and softball games in my opinion.
The men and women currently serving as well as those who died for our freedom deserve more than a moment of silence too. But I think we should give them all a moment as a gesture.
A prayer from believers would be nice as well.
Thanks To All the men and women of the military services.
Thanks colormereal for this addition to this post.
"Thanks is also due to the wifes, mothers, dads, brothers, sons and daughters that lost the one or ones they loved....My thanks and prayers goes to the families as well."
