yah, thats right...i rather believe in a being i cant see, that created all things etc etc....science asks too many damned questions and gives debateable answers.....i chose to spare myself..but thanks anyway...

I assumed that you already knew about the chimpanzee thing, I was just giving an explanation of why. I'll drop it though, because (as you said) the gift of knowledge can be deadly to one's faith.

I know the Bible pretty well and I don't recognize that quote :S unless it's phrased differently.

i just finished saying that we didn't evolve from monkeys... the way our DNA is set up makes that completely impossible without any outside interference. But we were probably genetically engineered from monkeys. We have 99% of the same genes and the 233 genes that make us different aren't shared with any other species on our planet besides bacteria.

Where does that verse come from about a man's friends? I can't seem to find it.

next you're gonna tell me we all evolved from monkeys, but yu can spare me...i realise you've done some major amount of research...i dont have time for that anyway..i'm too busy wasting away my life on a site called ep...then again, i could do without the info..ignorance being bliss does have its advantages..thanks anyway Beni ;)

and when i say the beginning of human civilization, that includes language, math, a calendar and who knows what else. I don't expect you to believe it, but you might find it interesting if you looked into it.

Actually, I'm referring to the Annunaki. There were 12 main ones in power, which is why the ancient cultures have 12 gods who although having different names have all the same characteristics. We were made through the addition of 233 genes to the DNA of chimpanzees some 300,000 years ago. To you, it might sound ridiculous, but I've done a lot of research on it. Human civilization began in Sumeria/Babylon area before branching out from there to Egypt and so on. I'm pretty sure there will be more scientific evidence reinforcing this theory before we pass on.

the gift of knowledge can be indeed deadly to ones faith..i have been warned of this. knowing too much is just as bad as knowing to little...you're probably referring to the Holy Trinity...the Godhead, three in one...God the Father, Jesus his Son and the Holy Spirit...

Have you ever read the Babylonian tablets? They were written before the Bible and are much more accurate. "God", Yahweh or whatever you wanna call him is actually Enki. The Elohim created us, not just one. I used to be a Christian too, but so much of it only makes sense if you don't question it.
