When Will I Get My Period? - Help!

I'm 15, and I started my period when I was 12. My younger sister started when she was 12, and my other sister is 12 and supossed to be starting soon. If I were you, I'd just enjoy the time you'd have left. Personally, I don't cramp bad enough for it to be a bother, but my boobs get very tender, and it sucks because my siblings use that to their advantage. One of my friends started when she was 9, my cousin started when she was 10, one of my friends is 14 and the last time I talked to her she hadn't started yet, one of my best friends is 15 and she started when she was 14 but she has to be on birth control in order to have her period because she has a condition. Most people hate their periods, but I kinda like mine.. I'm very frustrated because I haven't had my period in about a month, which is when I started taking birth control (my parents are making me take it...), and my mom said I probably won't have one this month and I cramped really bad one day, but didn't start and my dad said that means my next one will hurt like a *****, haha. Some people absolutely hate their periods, they are literally crippling, they have to stay home because they can barely move since it hurts so much.. I'm one of a few VERY lucky girls, because I don't usually cramp, and when I do, it's not that bad. Plus my periods (before I started birth control) were very regular, and I always knew when I would start. So yeah, I'm lucky, or at least I used to be. But everyone is different, maybe you'll start soon, maybe in a year. It's supossed to be a suprise. Maybe if you stop worrying about it, and forget about it, you'll start your period.
