CRYSTAL & GEMSTONES have been revered since antiquity for their mystic and healing properties. There is evidence of this in the writings of the Israelites, Egyptians, Mayans, Aztecs, Native Americans, Chinese, Indians, Greeks and Romans and other Nations. In the picture below are 18 examples of GEM STONES and I will mention some of the healing properties attributed to ten of them. The gemstones can be worn as rings, bracelets, necklaces. Crystals can also be placed on certain parts of the body known in Sanskrit as Chakras (centres of energy). These are Crown, Brow, Throat, Heart, Solar plexus, Sacral and Root (genitals). Most ladies wear Gem Stones as jewelry which might explain their longevity and ability to multitask when compared with men !
CLEAR QUARTZ - Its healing power is PHYSICAL and it imparts energy and confidence.
ROSE QUARTZ - Is more EMOTIONAL and feminine - it alleviates fatigue and stress. It lifts the spirit and can help to heal a broken heart !
AMETHYST - Is more SPIRITUAL it increases well-being - it brings peace and calmness. It aids spiritual development.
AGATE - Inspires courage and confidence steadies the nerves and imparts inner security.
CARNELIAN - This is called the "Friendly Stone". I makes one more social and less introverted.
LAPIS LAPULI - Is mentally calming.
MALACHITE - Is very very relaxing.
RUBY - Is associated with the blood system. It purifies and refines. This increases energy and confidence
TIGER'S EYE - It radiates confidence and well-being.
TURQUOISE - This stone is associated with the well-being of the digestive system. It can aid sufferers form Anorexia and Bulimia.
