I'm a 14 year old girl and I really want a six pack. I am rather skinny and I want some muscle before my metabolism slows down and I start to gain weight. I started out with doing 100 sit-ups everyday. But then I would go through the day with horrible stomach pains to the point I thought I was on my period. I simply lost motivation and stopped for a month. I now wanna start again but I'm looking for a less..... painful method. Maybe a workout plan that you used???

My friend if you want a less painful exercise it will take longer. BUT if you don't mind the long time you can try running or swimming and some sit-ups not to the point you're painful
